Bundlee  (Contract)
Marketing Manager
From May to November 2021, I accepted a six-month contract as Marketing Manager for the sustainable baby clothes rental platform, Bundlee. I created and managed all marketing and communications materials and strategies for Bundlee marketing and PR channels. This includes CRM, social platforms, the website, SEO, brand partnerships, and event marketing. I also produced a full rebrand and implemented it across all platforms. Furthermore, I identified and organised speaking engagements and leadership opportunities for Bundlee's founder, Eve Kekeh. The core of my content strategy was to make sustainability feel necessary and achievable and generate genuine enthusiasm around conscious consumption. During my tenure, I achieved a 56% increase in social media ad conversions, a 300% increase in website conversions, and a 19% increase in Instagram followers-- reaching the coveted goal of 10K followers.
How Now Creative
Producer & Social Media Manager
From December 2018 to April 2021, I worked for Shoreditch-based creative agency How Now. I produced top-of-the-line content for clients, including McDonald's, Global Radio, DAZN, the NFL, and Ashurst International. In addition to my responsibilities as a Producer, with my marketing background, we expanded our offerings to our clients to include bespoke social media plans with an analytics-based strategy to accompany our creative-- an offering I spearheaded. Furthermore, I managed all in-house marketing for How Now, including creating and launching a new website, social channels, and paid search initiatives-- as well as analytic management and reporting.

NFL GamePass International Social Media Manager
From July 2017 to December 2018, I managed the social media content and strategy for premium sports subscription NFL GamePass in their international markets. In addition to managing the influencer program, I produced compelling product-focused content and created bespoke social media strategies for the local agencies to implement. My approach was designed to optimize reach, and during the 2017 NFL season, worldwide social mentions of Game Pass rose by over 40% from the previous season.

Carnival Cruise Line Social Media Manager
From January 2016 to April 2017, I managed social media content and strategy for our client, Carnival Cruise Line. I designed my strategy to optimize engagement, and during my tenure, the average engagement rate on Instagram alone rose by 63%. Additionally, I successfully pitched and launched the Carnival Cruise Line Snapchat account and managed the subsequent Snapchat influencer program.

Femmes Designers
2021-2022
In addition to assisting with creating and launching the website, I made the branding and tone of voice guidelines for Femmes Designers and subsequently launched social platforms with assets I created using said guidelines. I have assisted the Femmes Designer founder with the organisation and marketing of her in-person dialogue series, as well as partnership outreach with universities, galleries, and artists.
Reardon Yacht Consulting
2015-2016 and 2020-2022
I created and launched the RYC website and continue to support its success via organic and paid search initiatives as well as display advertising. I manage all marketing analytics and subsequently provide written reports for the President, CFO, and all yacht owners and captains. Additionally, I provide copywriting for both internal and external facing materials, including the company pitch decks, quarterly and end-of-year charter reports, internal handbooks, and job specifications. Furthermore, I identify and organise thought leadership and speaking opportunities for RYC founder, Michael Reardon.
Association for Manufacturing Technology
2013Â - 2016
I began contributing to AMT as a blog writer in 2013. The following year, in anticipation of their biannual International Manufacturing Technology Show, I was asked to help their team launch the "The Student Smartforce Summit," which offers students the chance to experience and engage with different job opportunities available in STEM fields and educators opportunities to better support girls and BIPOC students to continue to pursue STEM courses beyond the compulsory minimum and promote mentorship, sponsorship networking, and incorporate male ally programs.
In addition to launching the Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts to promote the event, I attended and helped facilitate the Summit. I reprised my role for the 2016 show as well.
